¿Puede darnos 20 minutos de su tiempo para participar en un emocionante nuevo proyecto de investigación?

Nos gustaría que cumplimentara nuestro cuestionario online sobre conductas relacionadas con la exposición al sol.

¡Nuestro objetivo es que participen unas 10 000 personas! Nunca antes se ha intentado nada parecido y necesitamos su ayuda para el éxito de esta empresa.

Para tomar parte en este emocionante proyecto de investigación, por favor escoja su idioma preferido de entre los que se indican a continuación.

Las preguntas que le haremos están relacionadas con lo que usted piensa sobre el cáncer de piel y la exposición al sol y sobre su comportamiento a este respecto. Por favor, responda a las preguntas con la mayor sinceridad posible.

Completar el cuestionario le llevará aproximadamente de 20 a 30 minutos. No tiene que introducir su nombre ni dirección y no seguimos las direcciones IP, de modo que la encuesta es anónima.

Asimismo, su participación es voluntaria y puede abandonar el proyecto en cualquier momento. Si usted es menor de 16 años de edad, debe comentar su participación con un adulto antes de comenzar a responder el cuestionario.
